We currently ship to 28 countries worldwide.

Pre-order notice Moonlet Theory operates on a pre-order model. Our first batch is expected to ship in mid-July 2026. Estimated delivery timeframes are listed on each product page.

Processing & shipping Once orders begin shipping, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. You'll receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic shipping (United States) Standard shipping: 5–8 business days after fulfillment

International shipping We ship to 28 countries. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after fulfillment. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
